About
The Apartment Homebrewer blog documents my adventures in extract and all-grain brewing in my small (less than 650 sqft) apartment. Due to my limited space and resources, I exclusively make batches under 5 gallons (often under 3). This blog features content in small batch and apartment brewing, such as recipes, equipment, etc. Any questions can be sent to theapthomebrewer at gmail dot com, tweeted @apthomebrewer on Twitter, messaged on Facebook, or just post questions in the comment section below. Thanks for visiting! Cheers and happy brewing!

Who is the Apartment Homebrewer?

  1. One of these days, I’ll get around to writing about brewed wheat, distilled wheat, and the like, because bread, after all, is the solid version of beer. Thanks for visiting Wheatavore, and if you have posts on wheat brews that you’d like to share, I’d be delighted to have a guest blog. Thanks –
